New Publication in EJOR: Exact Algorithms for Electric Autonomous Robots in Intralogistics
We are happy to share that our research paper, "Exact algorithms for routing electric autonomous mobile robots in intralogistics," authored by Anne Meyer [1], Timo Gschwind [2], Boris Amberg [3], and Dominik Colling [4], has been published in the European Journal of Operational Research (EJOR).
This study investigates optimal route planning for electric autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) in intralogistics, considering different recharging strategies and objectives such as minimizing travel distance and job completion times. We propose exact algorithms and provide computational insights into the efficiency of various recharging approaches.
